Why cant you just show us what the speaker can do with an instrument input.. an mp3 aux with a backing track....and play the melody to it. Just the speaker without all the other gubbins? 😊😊😊

I don't know how I feel about that. It's so weird? It's a bit like those Fender and HB acoustasonic hybrid guitars. Fun idea to hear it though👍

Why did both a rehearsal/studio owner and a club sound engineer criticize the sound of this guitar? 🤔 They both had to put in quite a bit of effort to improve it. The sound engineer even asked if I could EQ it using any of my pedals...😢

As a long time user of the GK3 system, I assure you that your mounting setup will not track accurately. Please refer to the Roland documentation for the correct mounting instructions. The GK3 pickup should mount within 30mm or less from the bridge. Good luck with your miniature studio setup and enjoy van life!

Hey. I'm using this amp right now once a week at a jam session and it's totally loud enough, playing with drums, bass, vocals, one or two more guitars and even keyboards sometimes, no problem whatsoever. Even had to turn it down one night XD oops... Oh and I use it just blank, no preset, just a bit of reverb and then add distortion and delay when needed. Everybody loves how it sounds. (or maybe it's just I'm such an amazing player :D ). Anyways, great amp. Oh, I also have an AC15, obviously they are not the same, but there's nothing this little guy can't really do. Nice video!

What’s the tool called

a bit late but... from what i know, your first diagram in the book is the series/parallel switch and also, north start is always HOT. So pin #2, yellow wire is HOT and pin #1, black wire should go to ground... unless you're using an In phase/out of phase switch (another DPDT), in which case the black wire will go to pin #3 of that switch, the yellow goes to pin #4, you make an 'X' with wires by jumping pins #1 and #6 together, and also pins #2 and #5 together. Then pin #6 will be your HOT out to volume pot and pin #5 can now finally go directly to ground. I don't understand your second diagram with the SPDT, but i do know that both north and south finish wires need to be sent to ground to have a coil split. I believe an SPST (2 pins) will suffice (or SPDT, 3 pin), where jumpered pins #5/#6 from the first DPDT connects to one pin of the SPST (or end pin of SPDT) and the other pin of SPST (or center pin of SPDT) goes to ground. Having the first switch set to parallel disengages the coil split even though it's on.

The string resting on the bridge should not be the case. I lowered the bridge to correct the action and the bridge does not contact the string.

If you’re breaking strings, that’s a YOU problem! You clearly have a technique issue!

I just received my CC-60sce yesterday, and I can say its size is somewhat similar to the APX series of Yamaha, only that his has 20 frets while the APX has 22. But the sound and playability? Love it!
